She is survived by: her husband Douglas Smith; her son Jeremy Hensel (Michelle); her grandsons, Zachary Hensel (Shaley), Senjon Queen and David Gifford; and her siblings, Dennis Chapman (Susan), Joyce Smalling, Paul Chapman (Wendy) and Bruce Chapman (Patti). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
