He is survived by: his children, Amber Kuykendall (Willie), Tracy Whitaker and Justin Whitaker; his former wife Yvonne "Mickey" Mrakuzic; his grandchildren, Cadence, Bentley, Abigail and Maddison; his parents, John Whitaker and Gayle Whitaker; and his siblings, Penny Hancock (Mark), John Whitaker (Penny), Dwight Whitaker (Janet), Andrew Whitaker and Dana Palmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
