He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Chappell of West Monroe, LA; his children, Shannon Wise of West Monroe, LA, Naomi Moore of Sterlington, LA and Shane Wise (Cherie) of Calhoun, LA; his brothers, Mike Chappell (Kathy) of Peel, AR and Keith Chappell (Marion) of West Monroe, LA; and his grandchildren, Jessie Milo, Tanner Wise, Tucker Wise, Hannah Moore, Hailey Moore, Mason Moore, Emma Wise and Ryder Wise.
