He was predeceased by: his father Billy Brown; his father-in-law Ray Bulloch; his brother-in-law James Bulloch; and his grandparents, Edna Williams and Homer Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bulloch Brown; his daughter Rachel Hannah Brown Fontenot (Kevin); his grandchildren, Keegan Wade, Kinsley and Kennedy; his daughter Rebecca Ann Brown McCartney (Brenden); his grandchildren, Emma and Parker; his brother Donnie Brown (Cindy); his mother Janet Brown; his mother-in-law Faye Bulloch; and his siblings-in-law, Robbie Bulloch Lively (Donnie), Barbara Bulloch and Charles Bulloch.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Cedar Crest Baptist Church (3245 Arkansas Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
