It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Hazlinsky of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Paschal and Eva Paschal; and her son Jeremy Hazlinsky. She is survived by: her husband George Hazlinsky of West Monroe; her daughter Kasey Sanford (Allen) of West Monroe; her sister Annie Thomas (Fred) of West Monroe; and her granddaughter Kylee Sanford of West Monroe. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
