She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Younse, Sr. and Mildred Younse; her husband David Brown; and her brother Tommy Younse. She is survived by: her sister Brenda Stelly; her nephews, Brian Younse (Amanda), Jay Stelly (Crissy) and Ty Younse (Leslie); and her niece Stacy Quick (Scott).

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
