He is survived by: his wife Sue Mullis; his children, Rachel Trainer (Tommy Trainer), Denise Trainer and Steve (Irma Mullis); and his siblings, Dan (Carol Mullis), Fred (Paula Mullis) and Kathy (Bruce Young). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
