He was predeceased by: his parents, Beauregard Hibbard and Ruby Hibbard; his wife Rita "Dianne" Hibbard; his daughter Stephanie Hibbard; and his sister Mona Beebe.
He is survived by: his daughter Missy Payne (Mike); his grandchildren, Blake Payne, Stephen "Chi" Hibbard, Tannyr Miskac, Rianne Payne and Hannah Thomisee (Paul); his great grandchild Coby Cragan; and his siblings, Jerry Hibbard, Sr., Noel Hibbard (Beverly) and Leilani Garrett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many extended family and friends.
