He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeston J. Harper and Lucile Martin Harper; and his brother James L. Harper (Pat). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Diane Harper; his brother Billy Harper (JoAnn); his children, Terri Nordan (Darrell), Mark Harper, Jeff Harper (Jeannie) and Susan Schofield (Scott); and his stepdaughters, Gloria Teer (Mike), Rebecca Watts (Tim), Angela Clark (Darrell), Lucy Smith (Quentin) and Lisa Rogers (Clay). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
