She was predeceased by: her father Peter A. Storm (John Smith). She is survived by: her mother Linda Storm; her children, Jon-Micheal Smith, John C. and Trinity Smith; her sisters, Kate Yancey and Amber Storm; her grandchildren, Karsen Smith, Gracelynn Smith, Alexander Cruze Smith and Madielynn Smith; her nieces and nephews, Zuzu Bryant, Brittany Smith, Austin Storm, Dustin Storm, Christian Worsham, Josh Smith and Johnny Ray Smith; and her great-nephew Maverick Storm. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
