He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela Smith and Ruby Smith. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Hamilton (Jayson Craft), Greg Smith, Shannon Smith and Chris Smith (Kristin); his grandchildren, Jordan Hendricks, Jacob Armstrong (Gina Hogan), Sydney Patton (Collin) and Chandler Smith; and his close friend Jan Smith. He is also survived by his family, friends.
