She was predeceased by: her daughter Deborah Faye Murphy Burns; her great grandchildren, Dakota Mason Martin and William Buck Murphy; her parents, Otis Stanley and Annie Pearl Knoblock Stanley; her siblings, Jolene McGuffie, Jerry Lee Stanley and Billy Mack Stanley; and her daughter-in-law Suzy Murphy.
She is survived by: her husband Harold "Sugar" Murphy of West Monroe, Louisiana; her children, Stanley H. "Butch" Murphy of Hamburg, Jerry "Buddy" Murphy (Shirley) of Hamburg, James Dennis Murphy (Cindy) of Hamburg, Rita King (Jamie) of Columbia and Terra Matthews (Rusty) of Farmerville, Louisiana; her sister Joyce Desoto of Houston, Texas; and her close friend Paula Tidwell of West Monroe, Louisiana. She is also survived by adopted children, nieces and nephews.
Following the state guidelines, everyone in attendance to the funeral service and visitation will be required to wear a mask.
