It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Cupit (West Monroe, Louisiana), born in Crowville, Louisiana, who passed away on November 20, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillis Cupit and Ileatha Cupit; and his brothers, Everett Cupit and Nolan Cupit. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellerman Cupit; his children, Michael Wade Cupit, Edward Scott Cupit (Jennifer) and Laura Ashley Tarver (Cary); his grandchildren, Van Tarver, Zach Tarver and Tyler Cupit; and his brother Cleon "Bo" Cupit. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
