It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Fay Buffington (West Monroe, Louisiana), who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Miller Risher and Geraldine Risher. She is survived by: her husband Howard Buffington of West Monroe; her children, Jessica Smith (Billy) of Farmerville, LA, Josh Stuckey (Miranda) of West Monroe, Brittany Buffington of Bastrop, LA and Stephanie Cagle (Rick) of Columbia, LA.; and her siblings, Steve Risher (Liz) of West Monroe, LA and Linda Clark (James) of West Monroe, LA.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren also a very special niece and nephew.
