She is survived by: her children, Phillip Simmons (Mary), Michael Simmons (Traci) and Teresa Simmons Warren (Paul Bradley); and her siblings, Randall Scarboro, Joey Bedgood, Joe Ann Stephens, Jennie Watkins and Gail Denovellis. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
