He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Putnam and Abby Putnam; and his daughter Angylyn Bagley. He is survived by: his child Jabar Corporation; his wife Betty Lott Putnam; his sons, John (Patricia Putnam), David (Ramona Putnam), Randy (Sylvia Putnam) and William (Julie Putnam); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Amber Putnam, Tyler Putnam, Jamie, Jordan Guillot, Katie Putnam, Betsy Putnam, Christina, Jay Bailes, Chloe, Danyl Sonnier, Jessica Putnam, Casey Freeman, Matylyn Bagley, Will Bagley, Chandler Putnam, Grace Putnam and Parker Putnam. He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Louisiana United Methodist Children's Home in Ruston, LA or to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home in Monroe, LA.
