She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Frederick Earl Crenshaw; and her grandparents, Earl, Maggie Crenshaw, Charles and Juanita Guerriero.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Nora Ann; her daughter Kristin Brooke Foster Butler (Tim); her grandchildren, Nora Ann Butler and Joshua Owen Butler; her mother Mary Louise Crenshaw; her siblings, Terri Slaughter (Jim), Lisa Bonasso (Frank), Fred "Bunky" Crenshaw (Susan), Charlie Crenshaw and Tom Crenshaw (Debbie); her former husband Dale Foster; and her godchildren, Tanya Bickham, Alyssa Bonasso and Jake McFerren. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

She regularly made donations to many charities.
