It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Oglethorpe of West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Clarks, Louisiana, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband F. P. "Todd" Oglethorpe; her parents, Ed Reeves and Willie Reeves of Virginia; and her brothers, Curtis, Milton and Richard Reeves.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Oglethorpe (Le'Sann) and Kim Oglethorpe Masters (Gary); her brother Wilbur Reeves (Diane); her granddaughters, Rana Oglethorpe, Tevia Oglethorpe Alfter (Austin), Sabre Masters and Hayley Masters; her great grandchild Milo Alfter; and her sister-in-law Recy Reeves.
