He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Whitlock and Edna Whitlock; and his son Jimmy Whitlock. He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Wink); his daughter Roycelyn Bowman (Mike); his sister Dorothy Walker; his daughter-in-law Tammy Whitlock; his grandchildren, Leslie Bowman, Jaime Williams (Derek), Johnise Morris (Jerry), Keifer Whitlock, Harley Whitlock, Noah Whitlock and Joshua Whitlock; his great grandchildren, Matthew, David, Cloe, Dean, Mykenzie and Nathaniel; his pet Zippy; and his husband Royce.
