He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stokes Lowery; and his children, Diane Hobson (Tommy), Ralph Lowery (Debbie), Debra Shipley (James), Phillip Dollar (Cassandra) and Gary Picou. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 52 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
