She is survived by: her husband Robert William Fowlkes, Sr.; her siblings, Constance Buccola, Sam Marzula, Vincent Marzula and Joseph Marzula; her sons, Robert William Fowlkes, Jr. (Pam) and David Fowlkes (Dawn); her grandchildren, Dr. Justin Fowlkes, Hunter Fowlkes, Natalie Moore, Lauren Rosendahl and David Miller; and her great grandchildren, Rose Fowlkes, Garrison Land, Reese Rosendahl, Jack Rosendahl and Ryan Moore. She is also survived by Siblings.
