She was predeceased by: her parents, Van B. Watts and Rosa Meredith Watts; her husband Charles E. Reitzell; her son-in-law Clayton White, Jr.; her daughters, Kay Reitzell White and Karyn Reitzell Wise (Darryl); her grandchildren, Miranda R. Crowell and Charles Wise; and her close friend Issy.
