She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Froust and Margaret Ramirez; and her siblings, Marvin, Lonnie Froust and Jessie May.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Blakley; her children, Marvin Blakley (Lesa), Tina Rodgers (Kenny) and Rhonda Ray (Michael); and her grandchildren, Chazz Blakley, Nikki Owens, Misti Hollis, Halie Little, Breanna Ray and Skyler Blakley. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
Rosa Lee Blakley, age 74, left us on April 27, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
