He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Gene "Bubba" Underwood, Jr. and Scott Gosdin (Kayla); his stepdaughters, Amy Foster and Christy McKnight; his granddaughters, Alexis Underwood, Rayleigh Underwood and Chloe Cox; and his siblings, Pauline Lawrence, Annie Balsamo, Joyce Dupree, Faye Balsamo and G. E. Underwood, Jr. (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
