It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eric Cotton of West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Clayton Cotton and Eric Francis Cotton; his wife Mary Parker Cotton (Wiggins); and his children, Barry Parker, Keith Parker, Mary McDavid, Lisa Cotton Clarke, Michael Parker, Debbie Meadows, Geoffrey Cotton, John Parker and Susan Hovinen. He was also cherished by his wife, nine children, thirty grandchildren, forty-two great-grandchildren, and 4 great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
