He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Jacobs and Francis Rex Jacobs; his brother David Jacobs; his uncle Bob Rex; and his grandson Robert McCann.
He is survived by: his children, Mark W. Jacobs (Monica), Richard Stanley Jacobs (Lisa), Anita Jacobs Massey (Thomas) and James P. Jacobs (Leah); his grandchildren, Ashlie Jacobs, Bethani Jacobs, Dawson Jacobs, Erica Massey and Rebecca Massey; and his nephew Brandon Jacobs.
