He is survived by: his wife Lisa Crockett; his children, Scotty Crockett (Alecia), Jeremy Crockett (Shelly) and Leslie Crockett Tomlin; his grandchildren, Marissa Crockett, Jordy Crockett, Jacob Berry, Anna Tomlin and Jansyn Crockett; and his sisters, Janie Pleasant and Shirley Grenell.
