He was predeceased by: his brother Troy O. Williams (Betty). He is survived by: his wife Anna; his son Ray Williams Jr. (Missy); his granddaughters, Sarah and Hannah; his son Steve Williams (Bridget); his grandchildren, Bailey and Aniston; his son Jeff Williams (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Rayne and Piper.
