He is survived by: his mother Maxine Osborn; his wife Dana Keeton Osborn; his children, Katie Steiner (Thomas), Luke Osborn and Jameson Keeton; his granddaughter Evelyn Maxine Steiner; his sister Ramona Geurin (Steve); his nephews, Scott Geurin (Laura) and Taylor Geurin (Katie); his great-nephews, Scottie Geurin and James Geurin; and his great-niece Rileigh Geurin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
