He was predeceased by: his parents, Buril Bettell and Ruby Bettell; and his brothers, Jerry, Bobby Gene and Tommy Bettell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bettell; his son Bradley Bettell; his sisters, Carolyn Foster (Ricky) and Mary Goodgion (Frank); and his stepdaughter Rhonda Roy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
