He is survived by: his wife Norma Colvin Hendrix; his daughter Susan Hummel (Darrell Hall); his grandson Michael T. Hendrix (Crystal); his great grandchild Baylee; his granddaughter Megan Hendrix; his great grandchildren, Scott and Allie; and his brother Troy Hendrix (Gloria).
