We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2021, at the age of 28, Rachael Galligan of West Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, Avery Chandler Hands and Carson Wayne Hands; her parents, Karen Galligan and Robert Galligan; her brother Chad Galligan (Dee Anne); her nephew Jaxson Galligan; the father of her children Derek Hands; and also Nita Balch. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the account of Avery Chandler Hands at Ouachita Valley Federal Credit Union that has been set up to help with Rachael's two sons' future expenses.
