He was predeceased by: his father Otis Johnson Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Laura Salinas Baldwin; his mother Mary Jo Baldwin; his children, Brian Baldwin (Lindsay) and Amy Miles (Beau); his grandchildren, Evelyn, Hayes Miles, Madelyn and Alivia Baldwin; and his siblings, Kathy Letsinger (Doug), John Baldwin (Stephanie), Paul Baldwin and Jill Mouk (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church or First United Methodist Church in Lake Charles.
