He was predeceased by: his father Joseph A. Caulfield; and his brother Joseph "Larry" Caulfield. He is survived by: his mother Sallie Gibson Caulfield; and his siblings, John Caulfield (Kathy), Mark Caulfield (Mary), Susan Shields (Fred) and Sallie Schexnaider (John Lambert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
