She is survived by: her husband Wayne Buckalew of Hebert, LA; her children, Dana Butler of Olla, LA, April Ellis of Hebert, LA and Clyde Bass; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Ramsey of Kelly, LA and Crystal Henderson; her brother Pee Wee Cook; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Butler, Jacob Butler, Cole Butler, Robert Gambino, Lily Gambino, Attis Bass, Kenny Buckalew, Sam Ramsey and Cade Ramsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with 6 Grandchildren.
