She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Harold and Thelma Ione Vernon Williams; and her brothers, Albert Vernon and Richard Lee Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Melodye Tanner of Dubach, Louisiana; her grandson Justin Grant Barnes (Emily Wood Barnes); her great grandchildren, Grant and Barnes of West Monroe, Louisiana.; her former husband E. Wayne Tanner; and her husband John C. Lewis. She is also survived by family, she is survived by several nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
