She was predeceased by: her father Louis Labane Clement; her grandparents, Jessie Louis Clement, Ulma Marie Arender Clement, Robert Lee Fairchild and Birdie Beatrice Fortenberry Fairchild; her mother-in-law Cora Mae Mason Gardner; and her son Baby Boy Gardner.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Gardner; her daughter Abby Denise Gardner LeBlanc (Stephan Christopher); her grandsons, James Louis LeBlanc and Mason Clark LeBlanc; her mother Mary Jeanette Fairchild Clement; her sister Jennifer Gibson (Tony); her niece Maggie Gibson; her nephew Porter Gibson; and her father-in-law Martin Luther Gardner. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and family.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
