With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ouida Ann Childress of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on December 9, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Coburn and Estelle Coburn; and her sisters, Loraine Pearson and Teri Lynn Parks. She is survived by: her husband Dan Childress; her daughter Paula Ann Carlton; her stepdaughters, Sandy Britt, Star Edwards and Kelly Humphry; her siblings, Billy Coburn and Betty Ruth Hemphill; and her grandchildren, Renee Carlton and Jason Childress. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
