He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Howard; his parents, Jack Howard and Tinnie Bell Howard; and his siblings, Lithy Otwell, Gladys McCurry, Jeffie Middleton, Lurline Slocum, Cecil Howard, Richard Howard, Frank Howard, Lavelle Howard, Velton Howard and Doyle Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Randal Howard (Stacy) and Rhonda H. Davis (Bart); his grandchildren, Oliver Howard (Lauren), Jonathan Howard (Katherine), Dillon Davis and Heather Batey (Kade); his stepgrandchildren, Skye Champagne and Morgan Hill; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Larkin, Patrick and Preston Howard. He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.
