With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nisha Kay Wink of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on November 2, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonard Peeler and Gerry Peeler; her son AJ Wink; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Wink, Stanley Wink and Pam Wink.
She is survived by: her husband Edgar Wink; her children, Shane Wink (Angie) and Theresa Wink; her grandchildren, Kristen Barrelle (Andy), Jaycee Wink, Zach Anderson, Miriam Anderson, Emmaline Wink and Drake Poynter; her great grandchildren, Keegan Barrelle, Addie Barrelle and John Luke Huggins; her sister Cynthia Lane (Stan); and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Wink (Katheryn "Auntie"), Phillip Wink, Mary Alice Wink, Aucil Lee Wink and Sarah Kelley (Bill). She is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and numerous dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cypress Baptist Church (161 cypress Church Road, Cypress, LA 71457). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
