She is survived by: her children, Donald J. Berry (Tammy) and Wanda Berry Cantrell; her grandchildren, Penny Hirata, Sara Comerose, Shannon Teagarden, Adrian H. Berry, III (Trey) and Monica Stover; and her brother Shelby Simmons. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
