She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Girod and Beatrice Girod; her husband Chester M. Wilks; her siblings, Russell, James, Roy, Mildred, Kathleen, Margie and June; and her daughter Gloria Jean Miley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah W. Allen (Ralph) and Libby W. Fuller (Wayne); and her grandchildren, Jody Peske (Cliff), Mark Fuller (Lisa), Rusty Allen (Dodie), Matthew Fuller (Mona), Mary Ann Breland (Sam), Chris Miley (Lindsey) and Michell Arrant. She is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the building fund of First Baptist Church in Monroe, LA.
