She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stephenson and Hattie Stephenson; her son Robert Frank Machen, Jr. (Bobby); and her sister Tena Cox. She is survived by: her husband Robert Frank Machen; her daughter-in-law Wendy Machen; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Dietz, Rachel Albaugh, Michael Machen, Robert Machen, Sergejs Williams, Marija Williams, Anna Mouton, Ashley Numak, Megan Pinder and Chase Woodard.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
