She is survived by: her sister Kristie Lynn Gammage (Coy Gammage); her nieces and nephews, Ashley O, Bannon (Will), Tierney Gammage, Hannah Gammage, Angela Williams (Ronny), Kelly Ratcliff and Coy Gammage III; her great-niece Allison Williams; and her great-nephew James Michael O'Bannon.
Nancy E. Smith went to her heavenly home on February 15, 2023, at the age of 76, after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
