She is survived by: her children, Terri Blake Myers (Steve), Scott Blake and Stephen Blake (Dewanna); and her grandchildren, Blake Myers, Will Myers, Hannah Blake, Zachary Blake and Samuel Blake. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
