She was predeceased by: her husband James Elvin Tullis; and her parents, Herman Eubanks and Mary Cawthon Eubanks. She is survived by: her son Gary Scott Tullis (Lisa); her grandchildren, Gary Scott Tullis, II of West Monroe, LA and Jennifer Melton (Stuart); and her great grandchildren, Andi Grace of Monroe, LA, Anna Dale of Monroe, LA and Andon Melton of Monroe, LA. She is also survived by two brothers and three sisters.
