Mildred Henderson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Henderson of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on January 14, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph D. Barnett and Blanche Carter Barnett; her husband Troy L. Henderson; her daughter Sheila Dianne Weeks; her siblings, Dorothy Alford, Catherine Erving, Gladys Boyle, Peter Hobson, James Barnett and Henry Barnett; her son Sammy Herring; and her son-in-law Terry Gilmore.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Charlotte Gilmore, Terry Herring (Sylvia), Ricky Henderson (Charlotte) and Ronnie Henderson (Kelly); her daughter-in-law Debbie Herring; her grandchildren, Lori Michelle Wade (Kerry), John Thomas Kirksey (Violet), Tonya Humphrey (Barry), Tammy Gates (Randy) and David Odell "Lucky" Weeks (CeCe); her siblings, Roy Barnett (Sue), Joseph Barnett and Minnie Frances Flemming; and also Kem Menzie. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home or the American Cancer Society.
