He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Armstrong Ouchley; his parents, Clarence Ouchley and Miriam Ouchley; and his brothers, Bobby Ouchley and Norman Ouchley.
He is survived by: his son Justin Ouchley; his daughter-in-law Christie Ouchley; his granddaughters, Julia Grace, Hannah, Olivia and Sophia Ouchley; his siblings, Lea Frank and Glenn Ouchley (Debra); and his niece Kellie Martin McKamie (Sue Peoples). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
