He was predeceased by: his grandparents, June, Wilfred Ellis and Bobby Jack Bayles; and his cousin Bryce Bayles. He is survived by: his parents, John Ellis and Kimberly Bayles Ellis; his brothers, Jordan Ellis (Breanna) and Griffin Ellis (Chelsey); his grandmother Annie Ruth Bayles; his niece Emmie Ellis; his aunts and uncles, Terri Trammell, Jeri Tennis, Robert Ellis (Gerri) and Kevin Bayles (Debbie); his cousins, Kristen Ellis Gorski (Kevin), Cydni Ellis Hanks (Kevin), Amy Bartlett (Michael), Avery Tennis, Collins Tennis, Tim Bayles (Tori), Brandi Cole (David), Misty Foster (Joe), Ellis, William Gorski, Robert Klein Hanks, Ava Bartlett, Annie, Cooper Cole, Benton, Briggs, Olivia Bayles, Atticus Brown and Amelia Foster; and his significant other Abby O'Brien.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fair Park Baptist Church (4412 Whites Ferry Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery (451 LA-151, Calhoun, LA 71225).

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Casey, who had a heart for children.
