He is survived by: his children, Toni Lynn Stephens, Elizabeth Evelyn Balsamo and Charles Ellis Balsamo of West Monroe; his siblings, Delia Faye Jones of Arkansas, Gaylen Bertell Stump of West Monroe and Calvin Barton Balsamo of West Monroe; and his grandchildren, Brittany Lynn, Trey Monroe, Tyler Monroe, Hannah Elena, Zackery Taylor and Elijah Vincent.
